Shipping & Customs Policy
Dispatch & Tracking
- Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS.
- Tracking can appear inactive for several days while parcels move between facilities. Updates usually resume 24–48 hours before delivery.
Estimated Delivery Windows
- Typical delivery timeframe: 7–21 days (may extend during peak periods/holidays or due to customs).
- Multiple-item orders may ship in separate parcels with separate tracking.
Customs Holds & Seizures
- If a parcel is held or seized by customs, we will automatically re-ship your order at no extra cost once confirmed.
- A customs hold or seizure can extend the overall delivery time; this delay is outside our control.
- Because a free replacement is issued, refunds are not provided for customs delays or seizures.
- Please contact us first if your tracking is stalled—opening a chargeback slows resolution and may interrupt re-shipment.
Duties/Taxes
- Any import duties or taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. We’ll guide you on clearing if the carrier requests payment or verification.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address (including apartment/door numbers and correct postcode).
- If you spot an error, contact us immediately; mid-transit changes are not always possible.
Marked Delivered but Not Received
- If tracking shows Delivered and you can’t locate the parcel, check safe places, neighbors, and building management.
- If still missing, contact us and we’ll open a carrier claim and assist with next steps.
